    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
    • Before the product has been shipped, you can cancel your order online. In this case, the entire order amount will be refunded.
    • If you have not yet received the item you ordered, you can choose not to accept it and cancel it. The refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier
    • An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you

    IF I CANCEL THE REQUESTS, WHEN WILL IT BE PROCESSED
    • We will cancel your order and initiate a refund within 7-14 business days after you request cancelling item(s) in your order. We'll notify you by email.
    • When the order status in your order shows as ‘shipped ‘, the cancellation request is nullified and you can initiate a return process as per the Return policy.
