RETURN REFUND

Please review the following terms regarding product returns if you are in that unlikely situation. In the same way as other types of shopping, there are terms and conditions that govern transactions at Balaji Loomtex Pvt. Ltd. store. Remember that placing an order or making a purchase at Balaji Loomtex Pvt. Ltd. implies your agreement with the terms listed below.

PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF:

In transit, the product is damaged
Defective product during the manufacturing process
Item received is not as described on the website
Order is delayed by over 10 days
You can return items shipped by Balaji Loomtex Pvt. Ltd. within 15 days of receipt. You just need to make sure that the items are in the original packaging, tags and condition

PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED/CANCELLED IF:

After 15 days, you will no longer be able to return an item. If the product is damaged (not in its original condition), or if the packaging and tags are missing. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

WHEN CAN I GET MY REFUND ?

The refund procedure is initiated after the return has been picked up by Balaji Loomtex Pvt. Ltd., or after the item has been received by us. Therefore, the amount refunded will vary, depending on how fast our courier partner is able to deliver the return to our warehouse.
Refunds will be processed within 5 - 14 Business Days. You will be notified of the same via email.
